I don't remember exactly when I took my first picture, I do remember though when I got my first real camera (film Minolta SLR). It was right before my final high school exams when my parents decided to motivate me and promised me the camera if I do well. One day before the exams I was sitting on the main square in Bratislava with my best friend and started to realize...I wasn't going to pass! I wasn't going to get the camera I so wanted!

I did pass. Got the camera. And that is when my photography journey began.

I love to travel and so I am happiest when I can combine travelling to exotic places as well as places close to my heart, and taking pictures. Pictures of people, their lives, the natural world that surrounds them and the cultural heritage that influences them.
